- Conflict coaching - AMS mediators offer advice and strategies for dealing with specific HOA conflicts or concerns that may not be currently ready for mediation at this time. Offered on an hourly (one hour minimum) or discounted hours package.

 

- Overview of state IDR and ADR statutory requirements and compliance for property managers and HOA members.

- De-escalation, effective communication around difficult conversations, interest-based approaches to  and other conflict resolution techniques for property managers and HOA board members.

- Meeting facilitation training.

 

- HOA board and property management company meeting facilitation  including sessions focused on  leadership retreats, strategic planning, and interpersonal dynamics.

- Facilitating challenging meetings with board and homeowners.

 

- Dispute resolution sessions between HOA board members.

- Dispute resolution sessions between HOA board and homeowners. 

- Dispute resolution sessions between property managers and HOA board and/or homeowners. 

- Dispute resolution sessions involving landlord/tenant or property management/tenant, including eviction issues.
